You already had mentioned that the front legs would intentionally have paws, not talons, so it’s not that…

Is it that the top of his head looks like he has fur rather than feathers?

It’s really hard to find unless you have the sculpt. And even then, unless you’re trying to do a certain thing with it, you wouldn’t likely notice.

He’s still a really fun PYO and it’s not even a noticeable problem when you aren’t painting it.

Well, it can’t be that bad. I’ve been staring at mine for the last 5 min, and all I keep noticing are the places I missed when I did my base coat. 🙂 That and the tail – it just couldn’t have a cuter tail.

Okay–I keep looking at this kitty and I’m going out on a limb with a guess–something with the ears? The ears are folded and the one on the left, there is more showing on the bottom than on the right. Nevertheless, the kitty is still cute!

I know you’re right about the smaller feathers overlapping backwards on the non-display side, but he’s not derpy, he’s cute!

Yup, that’s it. 🙂 I only noticed it because I was trying to put a pattern on those feathers and couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get the two sides to match.
