Heya Melody, I have some questions~
First…are there many more of the colored cat candlelamps? I really liked the one that sold tonight (it was very colorful!), but forgot to bid on it. @_@;
Second, are there more Puffin/Tiger kittens painted like Bengals by you, meant for ebay, or were there only those first two (since you decided to do a version for the store)?
Third, is there another shut-eye Bengal flapcat with that dark orange/brown coloring like the first one had? Or darker? Possibly with darker wings? 😀
That is all. o.o
August 5, 2009 at 4:31 am #778716😳 I’m hoping for another Bengal Similar to the 2nd Silver one… without those bands wrapping around the whole front of the neck.
Got a busted Windstone?

Often those are “stone finish” lamps that came out too dark, or splotchy to sell.So, instead of wasting a good casting, I have been repainting them as “color cats” candle lamps.Some , like the Bengal candle lamp, I started with a white piece. I will be painting more color cats candle lamps occasionally, so you should be able to get one!
What color cats are your favorites?August 5, 2009 at 6:47 pm #778718Hmm…I like it best when you paint the cat on the candlelamp that has a rough patch on his back as a calico (I’m guessing that’s what the rough patch is supposed to be?)…and I think I like the ones with swirls on their sides best in the solid colors like dark grey and orange, since those kinda look like tabbies (to me, anyhoo…). Black, tuxedo, white, grey, orange, siamese, calico, anything…as long as there’s variety, I’m happy. =D
