All Ki-Rin Baby’s have been sold. Congrats to those who’ve purchased.
Enjoy them… 🙂
~SafyreJune 25, 2007 at 11:23 am #592284I already have a baby kirin, but I’m curious about the story.
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

June 26, 2007 at 3:45 pm #592287The Ki-Rin (or Ki-Lin) is an ancient spiritual creature which was first seen in China in 2697 B.C. as a good omen for the reign of the new Emperor.
Since then, its rare appearances have heralded great events and births. One is said to have visited the mother of Confucius to foretell of her son’s greatness. The Ki-Rin is considered to be an especially good omen at the birth of a child.
Like the European Unicorn, the Ki-Rin’s single horn is symbolic of its purity and spiritual nature. The Ki-Rin, however will never use its horn to fight.
They are beneficent, gentle and will harm no living thing or even step on a blade of grass.
Ki-Rins are never hunted, for they cannot be captured or killed. They are solitary, very intelligent and good, always striving for the healing of nations.June 27, 2007 at 7:11 pm #592288thats cool, my OW has a story on his tag lol

Well I’ll be! I have three regular production OWs and I never bothered to read their tags.
It says:
“Striking a pose of smug contentment and pure pride, The Old Warrior Dragon by M. Peña appears to be at the top of the world. Indeed, he is! But look closely… this wise warrior’s assent has not left him unscathed.
Notice his missing and chipped scales, his singed wings, and a slight kink in his tail… all indications that this old tom has earnedhis place in the sun.
Master sculptor M. Peña has engaged in a lifelong study of animal behavior and anatomy. From this body of knowledge she creates she creates incredibly believable interpretations of mythological creatures. Remarkably realistic, the Old Warrior Dragon possesses emotional warmth, and a satisfied expression taht says it all.”Two typos. I think I’ll bring that to Melody’s attention.

Thanks for the bump, but let’s not change to Topic, please. 😉 Just want to sell some Windstones, not criticize Ms. Melody.
