Keeper PYO eye question- everyone that got theirs look here

Hi! It’s come to our attention that some of the Keeper PYOs have slipped out of the Factory without black painted in their eye sockets. Right now I only know of two- Koishiikitty’s and Phoenix’s.

If! You have gotten your PYO keeper(s) and they were NOT painted black behind the eyes, in the eyesockets, please let me know here in this tread.

If possible, and this is the important part, can you tell me what date you ordered your PYO keeper and when it arrived at your residence? We’re doing this to try and determine where the goof up happened at the Factory so we can avoid it in the future.

I haven’t opened all of mine yet….but so far the ones I have all have the black…

I ordered mine the day they were posted….I was second person to order….but mine weren’t sent till the next tuesday….

if that helps any….prolly not 😆

I looked closer at mine and he does have it. You just can’t see it unless you’re specifically looking for it. So cross me off the list. Sorry for the confusion.

You should check all of them. One of mine had a broken horn… Windstone made it all ok, but as time passes, RMAs get more questionable. Not saying Windstone would question it, but better knowing sooner than later.

eh broken horns don’t bother me…..missing eyes or jewels can be taken care of….

if any are like that….I let Susie know and then just go on with myself…LOL

Both of mine lack the black paint behind their eyes. That’s their only flaw, though: other than that, they were very well packed and travelled beautifully. I placed the order late in the evening of Friday the 11th; they arrived Thursday the 17th.

I hadn’t said anything because I hated to complain! I’m so glad to have these pieces to work with, and I’m fairly sure I can slip a brush into the sockets and paint them with only a little swearing. 😉 But Windstone does have really high quality control practices, so I can certainly imagine that the eyesocket glitch might annoy Melody intensely. Hopefully there were only a very few dragons that sneaked out without putting on their eyeshadow! 🙂

mine finally arrived today! yay! i ordered three at about 5 am saturday morning (the 12th). none of them had black behind/around the eyes. i don’t think mine shipped until tuesday, cuz that night i received the “completed” email. i hope all our info helps. 🙂

Got mine today *glee!* and it has the black. I’d ordered right away, but it was delayed in shipping because I’d ordered green eyes.

I got one of the first batch of griffins without the black, way back when, it wasn’t actually that hard to fill in around,
