Yeah, that’s kinda what I was thinking. Your job takes up huge chunks of time, so it’s a really major deal, cause since it’s such a big chunk of your time, it will affect every aspect of your life. Even more so with the army I’m thinking.
I’m sorry you are having such a hard time at work. I don’t really understand what is going on (since I don’t know all that army/military stuff) but it sucks to have a hard time at work because it does get in the way of everything else. I’m glad you liked your gift and card, I know how much an unexpected gift and lift your spirits when you are down.
Work is better now that I have changed companys. Its just that the NCOER from my last company is still not settled yet. Since it plays a huge part in my future, it still causes stress. Who knows what took them so long to do it… heck, maybe I am asking too much.. it has only been 5 months 🙄 😆 Right now they have to change it because I found a blurb in the regulation that states that when counseling is not done (its required quarterly for NCOs) the reason has to be noted on the NCOER. At least that will make them look a little bad and not just me. They are frying me for this one incident and I am pretty much helpless to stop it. I am going out with both guns blazing though. If I still get a bad review, it wont be because I didnt try to have it changed, thats for sure.

If only I had kept the file. I was cleaning out some stuff on my computer last week and said “I don’t need this any more. *Delete*” Might still be able to work something up base on the current graphic though. If Ski was interested of course.
I was never very enamoured of poads but this one…. I wouldn’t mind having one and a framed copy of “Poad Ode” 😀 Thanks for sharing! She’s a beauty!
