You mean on the the Curlie?
I changed the name because I realised that we have a paint color called “russet”.
The red curlie wasn’t painted with it.
I didn’t want to name the curl dragon color after a paint color that the dragon WASN’T painted with.

“Red flame” is the name I was trying to fit a color to, with the first test painted curlie that I showed in my gallery. That was one of my versions of “red flame”, but because it wasn’t quite right, I wanted to call it something else, so I called it “russet” at first…not thinking that we would ever sell these… oh, it is too confusing.

I like Olympia’s “red” paint job better.
This is not quite the same thing as the “Red Gold” of the Secret Keeper. It is more bright red, like ruby, but with fiery gold and orange.
We need a name for this newer red color that isn’t confusing.. I will post a picture of it soon as I get one, maybe on Monday.

We need to call this new color something else! How bout “Red Fire” or “Fire”? When I get a photo, It’l be easier to think of suggestions. Or just give suggestions anyway.

How about Red Hot then we could say, “Red Hot Momma”, etc. 😆

I think you need something with ‘flare’ such as Kreller’s Scarlet Flare or use Emerald’s Crimson and call it Crimson Flare or Crimson Flame….would you like me to keep going? 😆

but the names are getting longer and longer. How will they fit on the little stickers that go on the side of the boxes??
