well the email went out but I can’t see the picture, it loads as a broken picture….can someone who can see it post a picture of it? or is it broken for everyone?

Melody has indicated that she gets lots of entries when a dragon is the raffle prize. Maybe we can get more unicorn prizes if we have lots of entries for this guy and show her that people love unicorns too.

The reason why I love this particular unicorn is that many years ago I had a lovely, lovely Arabian, named Ravenstar, that was this beautiful black bay color, even down to the white socks and blaze.
It is so unusual to see a true black bay portrayed in any kind of model horse. They may try, but they usually don’t get the colors right. Melody has done a fantastic job (of course)!

This is my dream windstone. Since I started collecting and looking at all windstones past and present, the grand unicorn is my absolute favorite! I definitely entered and crossing everything I have. He is stunning!

I’m trying for him as well. I would probably enter for more unicorns if more were in fantasy colors. Even though all of Melody’s work is beautiful, since this is a one win per forum member deal, I only enter for my favorites. Haven’t had a griffin in a while either.

Bodancia, that’s interesting. I agree on the black bays, and I like it because it reminds me so strongly of one of my favorite foals back when I was a teen and my mom was still breeding Arabs. Jassif was a black bay with chrome like that. And though he’s not a black bay more a blood one, the chrome reminds me of her last stud- now owned by my brother’s wife- named Sammy.
Merrillann, I’m like you. I only bid on the ones that really sing loud to me. My luck, I’d win one I liked only to have one I ADORED pop up a couple months later.
He’s very lovely, but as always I’m holding out for specific dragon or griffin sculpts, so best of luck to all of you who are entering!
