June 5, 2015: Small batches of Gothic Unicorns in Buckskin and Blue Merle are in the store – and more Cougars

There may be enough Cougars to go around this re-stock, however they are still one per customer to make sure. The Gothic Unicorns there are not many of – these are painted by Melody between the other many things she’s working on – so very small batches. When they sell out, please press the “notify when back in stock” button on their page.

I dont know how many cougars there were, but they are down to 9 already from the looks of it …. although Im sure some are just playing in peoples carts for a little while, lol !

I can’t whine too much – I am so excited to see the Snow Leopard Mother Uni I can’t be sad. Yep, those cougars are pretty too!

It looks like the buckskin restock is darker, or more shading added than the last batch. Very pretty 🙂

The Merle ones went faster than wildfire, I think all were in carts under a minute of them going into the store. Just curious as to how many of those were painted, probably under ten they went so quickly.

My sister has the first version, so we will see which version we both like better.

Must have been! I saw the email 5 minutes after it was sent and they were all in carts 🙁 I hope there are more later. These are gorgeous! I noticed the buckskin batch is darker than the first.

I noticed the price difference too. Maybe it is due to the increased shading. I do like the darker areas on the restock.

Yeah I noticed that price increase, deterred me a bit.. I understand price increases, but these were originally release a very short while ago… (Not that I could afford one right now anyway, but sort of notched them off my want list for the near future)

I also missed the cougars again! I saw them but couldn’t afford one at this time so hope there will be more next month! Also I hope to see more pink fledglings too once I can afford to buy something else!

The price on the Gothic Unicorn in Buckskin went up because the price on the first small batch was pretty much a mistake! (whoops!)

Melody has been painting the Gothic Unicorns in between painting other things. I’m sure she’ll make more of the Blue Merle ones, but it may take a while. We will also make more cougars. Be sure to press that Notify When Back in Stock button if you missed them.

I did think the first batch (at $100) seemed cheap in comparison to the current cost of other items. Thanks for clearing that up.
