July 16, 2010 at 7:27 pm #821183Well I sat out last month’s raffle but definitely count me in for this month’s – he is stunning! I would love to win him.
July 16, 2010 at 9:02 pm #821184I love this unicorn! 😀 He reminds me of the stallion in the book “The Girl Who Loved Wild Horses” by Paul Goble, one of my favorite books as a child (and even now). Actually, I love all his books. >.>;….

I love Paul Goble’s books, too. I have given them to multiple kids I know so they can enjoy them as well.

Oh wow, you’re right he does look like the stallion in the book.
July 16, 2010 at 9:28 pm #821187My guess is it has Overo, Tobiano, AND Sabino… 😀
I entered as soon as I saw it! Lovely!Serenity wrote:Tobiano
(pronounced: tow be yah’ no)The dark color usually covers one or both flanks.
Generally, all four legs are white, at least below the hocks and knees.
Generally, the spots are regular and distinct as ovals or round patterns that extend down over the neck and chest, giving the appearance of a shield.
Head markings are like those of a solid-colored horse–solid, or with a blaze, strip, star or snip.
A tobiano may be either predominantly dark or white.
The tail is often two colors.
Overo
(pronounced: oh vair’ oh)The white usually will not cross the back of the horse between its withers and its tail.
Generally, at least one and often all four legs are dark.
Generally, the white is irregular, and is rather scattered or splashy.
Head markings are distinctive, often bald-faced, apron-faced or bonnet-faced.
An overo may be either predominantly dark or white.
The tail is usually one color.
I get them mixed up too…. 😳
