I don’t see a topic for sketches, so I’ll start one now. 😉
July 16, 2008 at 1:41 am #722147Okay, all domestic US orders have shipped! It will take anywhere from 2 days up to a month depending on your shipping method. All books have delivery confirm on them, and you can see the number by going to your paypal account and looking at the transaction where you sent me the money. If for some reason you can’t find it and need to know, let me know and I’ll help you out.
International shipments go out soon!

Edit: nevermind I just read your note about international orders
July 17, 2008 at 5:44 am #722149So I’ll count a week or two from soon until I get mine. I can’t wait to see it! 😀
July 17, 2008 at 2:56 pm #722150I think I can bum a ride tomorrow or Monday to hit the post office. My husband works over an hour away from 5am-6pm so I can’t exactly borrow the car. :/

Oh, he found a job? Hurray! I know he was looking for something IT and you were having trouble finding something.

He did, but his paycheck goes directly back to buying gas to get to work. :/ It’s very counter-productive. He’s still looking.

My art: featherdust.comJuly 22, 2008 at 1:43 pm #722153Sorry I’ve been slow guys. Life has been pretty terrible lately and on top of that, my computer has been and will be dismantled over the next few days.
International orders on these books have all shipped. I grossly underestimated shipping costs on most of them, even though I used the USPS.com calculator with weights and sizes accurate. 🙁 This trip to the post office cost me over $200, which means that I’m very much in the red on these book sales, but what the heck. I’m glad everyone likes them so far!!
I couldn’t place any sort of delivery confirmation or tracking on anything but I do have customs ID numbers on them all. Regrettably, I cannot tell which one goes with who’s package. x_x But if you don’t start seeing your books in the next few weeks let me know and I’ll look through the forms and see if I can find anything out.

My art: featherdust.comJuly 22, 2008 at 2:24 pm #722154yes… postage has gone up again to International destinations… and of course USPS doesn’t have it all updated yet.. so when you go in you get hit with a lot higher number than you though..
I’ve been sending a lot of stuff to Spain and something that a couple months ago cost me $70 to send now costs over $100…
Lovely gas prices and economy poop…
July 23, 2008 at 9:29 am #722155$20 wasn’t enough? Please let me know what I still owe you!

My art: featherdust.comJuly 23, 2008 at 9:16 pm #722157How about the ones to Canada, were they okay for shipping costs?
Even though I remember them going up almost $20 in one day for the same package! 😯 I ended up having to ship something that I said expresspost on by regular mail because it was so much more.
July 30, 2008 at 6:26 am #722158Yay, I got my copy yesterday! Thanks so much, Nam. It’s a beautiful book, and I didn’t even have to pay customs. 😀
I have to say I liked the sketchbook section in the back best. I love seeing people’s doodles.July 30, 2008 at 1:37 pm #722159Yay, I’m glad GB!!
I need to do another (small) book order as two people have placed orders for books. If anyone else wants one right now please let me know, even if you cannot pay for a week or two! It’s just much easier for me to order several at once, to keep my shipping costs a bit down. 🙂
Here’s the info again!
