Just keep calling the cops on them. Maybe one day they will find something that will get the land lord in trouble, too? Can you move? I know its not the best solution, but moving to a better neighborhood is easier than turning a bad neighborhood into a good one. 😕

The neighborhood isn’t bad, just them. You don’t hear a peep out of any other person in the whole development except them. I can’t just move since I own the home. I would have to sell it and find another one to buy and I just hate moving. I wish my homeowners association would do something to the landlord. I hate homeowners associations!

I don’t want to be a bad neighbor. I like to keep to myself and stay quiet, that way I don’t make people mad.

You should be able to complain to your HOA and have the landlord pay for the repairs. They are his tenants, so he should be responsible.
