If it’s anything like here when the doctors do a flu test, it tests for Flu Type A and Flu Type B. Flu Type A is considered H1N1 by the CDC. Only reason I know this is because my son was sick with the flu and he had Fu Type A. The doctor’s assistant showed me my son’s test result. He was positive for Type A, but not Type B. They said that probably 90% of the cases they had seen were type A positive.
