It is suppose to be in the 80s here. I am so sick of winter and I don’t want it to come back. Rain is ok because then I don’t have to use water.

It would be cool if we could do something special on the forum’s first anniversary. Like make a point of a setting a new Most Users Online record or something… 😛
May 11, 2007 at 9:12 pm #573851Supposed to get to around 20C here but also Thunderstorms with little/No rain!! It’s Fire Season Peoples!! 👿 So Stop throwing your Cigarettes out the Bloody car Window!!

May 11, 2007 at 11:47 pm #573853Summer = NOT GOOD.
Despite the lack of school and having a birthday in June, I HATE summer weather. 😛 Gimme overcast rain any day.

I agree! The only reason I like summer is because of the increased chance of rain and thunderstorms (yes I like thunderstorms!)… though, none lately… 🙁

I agree we should have a 1 year b-day celebration for the Forum. What do you suggest since you brought it up??May 12, 2007 at 2:40 am #573856Chessapeaka wrote:Summer = NOT GOOD.

That’s a good idea! I wonder if we could find a pre-arranged time that would fall into “normal waking hours” for everyone on the forum?
May 12, 2007 at 5:10 am #573861It’s the only thing I can think of that we could all do. The forum was started on June 16, according to the Memberlist. If we agree on a time, I’ll be on – no matter whose computer I have to use. (I’ll be in the States then.)

Well, if we consider all members who have listed a location and have made at least one post, the forum members are in US, Canada, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Sweden. The maximum time difference is 11 hours, and its between Hawaii (GMT-10) and the European countries (all GMT+1) — so it should be doable!
So one possibility would be to make it at 10AM Hawaii time, which would be 9PM for all of the European countries. The only problem is that the bulk of the forum members are in mainland US/Canada, and it would be 12PM – 3PM for those people…and probably not too many people would be around in the middle of the day on a Saturday (June 16). Hmm…maybe I’ll do a poll to find out what times would work best for people…
May 12, 2007 at 6:32 am #573863Good idea. 😀 I’ve noticed that the most people are around 11 p.m. my time – so 5 p.m. Eastern time.
