I recently found on eBay two items that are supposedly signed by you. Here are the item numbers: 260229671914
    260229674891
Can you look in to them please?
    Thank you

Hum. He/she also has an Emperor and a young dragon up now, also supposedly ‘signed by the artist’. Sounds/looks fishy to me. >.> My signed pieces have Melody’s whole name written out.

I thought so too, but waited for you to say something, since you know your signature better than anyone else, Melody. 🙂

If you are wondering about the Emperor, ask the seller for a picture of his felt…though in the case of the Emp, I doubt he is signed.

Do they mean signed “Pena” in the casting or a signature? All of them are signed “Pena” and many sellers call that “signed.” 🙂

I saw those on ebay but I didn’t know that Melody signed any of the Peacocks ❓

I was looking at those, I think she just used the same template for all her auctions and forgot to change the wording.

So you used to write M. Pena on all the old sculpts with a black marker? o.o

I’m wondering about this too. Did you sign regular production pieces in the past?

I’m pretty sure that Melody did not sign all the old pieces with a marker. 😆 If she did there would be a heck of a lot more pieces like this floating around. It’s more likely that it was a fan that met Melody at some point and asked her to sign them. Nerds like me, who pestered poor Melody to sign her lovely work…

(this was way before the forum, etc, existed, and yes that griffin is MINE! 😆 )

Oooh. I was gonna say, that’s a lot of dragons, etc to sign! XD

No, I rarely sign production sculpts, someone must of asked me to do it for them.I sometimes signed the sides of pieces.
