If it resembles the sculpt of the dragons that Melody makes, then it’s considered property infringement. If it is cast directly from a mold made of a Windstone, then it is blatant copyright stealing. However, Windstone does not have a copyright on all dragons hatching from eggs, or dragons coiled up, sleeping. It has to really look like a Windstone in some way, in order for it to be infringement.
Of the six you listed, I’d say: no, no, no, yes, maybe, yes.
I say “maybe” for #5 because it doesn’t look too much like anything Melody makes, but the claws look like the Hatching Empress. However, it is probably made in China, which makes it harder to enforce copyright laws.
