I NEED all my strenght. They just announced that as of today we are on MANDATORY OVERTIME. We have to work at least 10 hours a day but can work up to 12 from Tuesday 1-8-08 until at least Wednesday 1-23-08 except for Sunday the 20th. I will be working 12 hours a day 7 days a week so sorry if it seemed GREEDY but I need the energy!!
Mandatory at least 10 hours EVERYDAY thru the 23!!

Thanks and yes I have. A couple years ago I was able to work enough to get a take home check of over $5000 for 2 weeks I hope this happens again!!

I’m a dispatcher for at&t. We have it in our contract that 1-40 hours is regualar time 41-49 is time and a half and anything over 49 per week is double time. Holiday’s are double time and a half
If I end up working 84 hours a week that is a LOT of hours and money.
We are union so we get paid very well, union wages per hour. I have heard they are trying to break up the union but no luck for them so far. We are also having our contract year next year. Our contract expires in April 2009 and last time we had to have a 4 day strike they are saying to prepare for a 4 week strike this time
