you could ask Karen to try to have some of your auctions end at different times of the day or on weekends? Most of them end in the middle of a weekday. This would give many of us that work and can’t access ebay a chance at your auctions. Thanks!
May 19, 2007 at 10:48 pm #578924I suspect that coordinating auctions to go at different times would be a lot of extra work! It’s a neat idea, but… dunno if it’s possible. They’re awfullly busy.
May 19, 2007 at 11:01 pm #578925we all do have the option to put auctions on a timer though, so you can schedule it whenever you want it to start for an extra .10 cents. i do it all the time and its really helpful if have free time at thus n such a time, but want to auction to start later..they do have that option… but hey its whatever works best for them, i consider it such a gift that they are offer all these extra things for us at all, not to mention often geared to our specific suggestions! we are lucky little collectors!! i couldn’t imagine any other company catering to their collectors in such a spoiling way -they all have so many things to worry about on a day to day basis!! squeee! yay!
the different auction times could help though, i’ve missed alot of goodies because i work and can’t be sitting at this thing all day every day!May 19, 2007 at 11:36 pm #578926SPark wrote:I suspect that coordinating auctions to go at different times would be a lot of extra work!
You’re right, it would be a lot of extra work, but I knew about ebay’s option to schedule auction start times, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked. Never hurts to ask, right? 🙂
May 20, 2007 at 12:38 am #578927well I don’t know if this would work but I am on most of the day… if there is something someone really wants they could tell me their max price and I could just bid for them… then if I win have it sent to their address instead… *shrugs*
May 20, 2007 at 2:22 am #578928The only problem with the scheduled auctions is if they end on a weekend, there is no one there to answer questions and send things out! The factory is closed on weekends.

My art: featherdust.comMay 20, 2007 at 11:36 pm #578932well it’s simple really… it all depends on how many days it put up for and when you want it to end… obviously if you put it up for 7 days it will end one week from the same day… so if you put it put for like 8 days (if you can do that) on friday then it will end on sat..
