Also lactose-free! and still creamy and delicious
1 – frozen pie crust of your choice
2 – packages of baker’s chocolate
2 – packages of silken tofu
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and add to a blender or food processor with the tofu. Blend very well, until a uniform light chocolate color througout.
Pour into crust and allow to firm up in the fridge for 3-4 hours, it will hold it’s shape after cut.
