I wonder what percentage of their ebay buyers paid with something besides PayPal before ebay instituted that policy? o.o

Well, in the few months I’ve been doing ebay things, I haven’t had anyone pay for an auction via money order, ever. But, I know there are some people who bid who would want to pay with money order if they ever won an auction.

I have had people pay me with BID PAY before…its a money order but you can issue it to the seller by getting it on the internet… 🙂

I would hate for someone to not be able to bid because they don’t have paypal…Pam if someone w/o a paypal account wanted to bid and did win, would Windstone be willing to give them the time to send a MO to person they trust w/ a paypal account to pay for it? I know Susie can send invoices to paypal accounts, that could be a way around having to log into ebay to pay….just a thought.

I have asked Susie about this and have been told no, we have to follow eBay’s orders, or it could cost us our seller account (though eBay honestly wouldn’t know if we did accept money orders, and I bet a lot of sellers still are under the table). Still, we don’t want to risk it.
