Crappy weather indeed – this is the lousiest excuse for winter I’ve ever seen.

Im soooo torn. I hate the cold, so this Winter has been great in that aspect, but for snowboarding, it totally sucks!!

I’m a summer person myself, but I think that winter should be wintry cold and it really annoys me when it’s mild and rainy when the drifts should be piled high along the roads. Though I do notice that the chilblains on my hands haven’t bothered me as much this year as usual…

              What’s a chilblain?

              #537319

Chilblain is the result of poor circulation and worse heating. 😆 The fact is my room isn-t heated in the winter, but I spend most of my time either there or outside, and I have poor circulation in my hands. Somewhere along the line they got frostbit, and now in the winter, certain spots redden and swell during a temperature change. My fingers are normal in the cold – actually not normal, they turn the most interesting shades of red and blue and purple – but when I get into a heated building they get red and itchy. That-s chilblains.
