That’s great that PT gets to go home!! I’ll be thinking about all of you on 9/11. Fortunately, we didn’t lost anyone, although it was a close call. A cousin should’ve been on the subway headed into the station at the Towers, but at the last minute changed her plans.
September 9, 2007 at 2:30 am #610797Thanks for the update! I’m glad she is able to go home.
While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!
September 10, 2007 at 5:12 am #610798Hi all!
Im back home, thank goodness! Thank you all for being so thoughtful in my absence. Nicole had printed out these pages so I could read them. They did indeed, lift my spirits to see that ppl that have never met me, could care so much. Especially since my health problems are so menontinous.I’ll be able to chat a bit more regularly while hanging at mom’s until the close on my new place which should be ready to move into by very end of this month.
The cats are doing perfectly now. Both eating and using the litter box like theyve lived here all their lives. That is a huge stress lifted from me. You animal owners & lovers can appreciate the hilarity to watch an animal that is so used to getting traction on carpet, skid, slip and slide across tile flooring. It has been a great source of amusement for all of us that get the chance to view it when it happens. The cats try to recover like they meant to do that but if you watch carefully, they slink behind some furniture and go “F’in’ meow!” If youre a fan of the awesome comedian George Carlin, youll know where I got that from π
Right now we’ll be wrapped up in family stuff for 9/11 but afterwards, I plan to come back and talk your ears off as I see many topics in which I would normally be posting. Many are in this forum and Im concerned about those of you going through your own personal stumbling blocks right now. Ive skimmed but havent the proper time to put in any worthy responses. But for those of you experiencing problems of your own, you remain in the center of my heart and prayers. This also goes for those of you who are experiencing bursts of joy too.
Thanks to Boskydragon for taking over for me as well as helping out Nicole with regard to the forums, etc. We really appreciate it very much as we know how busy your own life is. HUGS XXX!
Mmloda, thank you so much for thinking of me (as well as Siberkah [sp?] as I think you had something to do with it in some way) concerning the zebra unicorn PYO. Thanks for even remembering that I admired it and thank you SO much for sending her to me. I love him and he is safely home from the hospital with me and has a temporary space on mom’s baker’s rack until he is ready for repack and move to my place for display.
Enough chatter for now. Just wanted to check in and say hello myself to let you all know I was home. Thanks again for all your well wishes and finding the time and caring to keep me as part of your prayers and in your hearts. It really does mean more than I can say (though it looks as though Im not at a loss for words)! Talk to you all in a couple days and big hugs to everyone!

September 10, 2007 at 5:44 pm #610804Welcome back! You have been missed. Glad you are now home. I know what you mean about the cats and traction. We have hardwood floors. The cats handle it just fine…but the dog! Poor baby.
