I'm doing something wrong. How do I get a fuzzy?????

Hi there! The last five or six things I have ordered from Windstone I have put “Love, Fuzzy or Love, Fancy Fuzzy” in the comments section of my order. I have not yet received a fuzzy. What in the world am I doing wrong??

Could someone please help me?

You are doing the correct thing. I will send you a fuzzy! Once in a while one misses the boat, but not usually THAT often. Do you look at the folded pieces of paper that are enclosed with your orders? Fuzzies usually ride on the copy of the order and occasionally have been left in the packing foo foos!

I put “Love Fuzzy” on a recent order but didn’t get a fuzzy. Sometimes it’s just missed. I can’t really explain to my friends and family why I’m just as excited to receive my fuzzy as I am to receive the Windstone itself 🙂 they think I’m weird anyway, why not add the fuzzy weirdness into it as well lol
