I reserved a ticket for a good price, but didnt have the money to get it… Buuut… I went to the bank, and the teller suggested I open a new acct and do the overdraft. Its $500 and they just gave it to me! 😆 All I have to do is pay it back in a month + $30, and thats it… they just gave me $500 cash and it took about 15 minutes. I couldnt believe it. 😆 So, I pick up my ticket tomorrow and I will pay back the bank with what I sell. I just need my leave to get approved and I am golden! 😀

Basically yep. In the army if they wanted to stay/get married then one of them would have to leave the Army. I don’t think it matters if the couple is different branches of the military though.I don’t know how it is in the Army but in the Navy if one member gets commissioned both servicemembers can remain in the service. I actually work with a couple who is in this situation. One is a Ensign (O-1, officer) the other is a First-Class Petty Officer (E-6, enlisted) you just have to be married before one of the member’s gets commissioned. Most times the enlisted service member gets out just because it can be awkward.

Well I have the wedding planning blues 😆 It was supposed to be a very informal affair with a few people. Paul didnt talk like alot of people were coming but when I get on the phone, his mother rattles off like, 20 names. She starts talking about catering (A must w/that many people) and a photographer (NO WAY) and flowers and dresses. Geez… its getting complicated. I wish I were in the states… it would be easier to manage this. Paul is telling me im wearing a dress and he is wearing jeans. I dont think so killer! I am just a bit overwhelmed, but I am not gonna let this bring me down. With the wedding so close to payday, I dont think I will have to sell more even with catering but we shall see. Jeez e peets. 🙄 I am mostly worried about trying to be not formal and still manage to hide my tatts. I honestly dont care if his grandparents judge me because of tattoos, but I dont want to hear their displeasure at my wedding.
