I'll be Scarce for a bit I'm back mostly

I won’t be on here much for a few days. We had a Trojan on the house computer and lost some files. When Art was re installing windows we discovered that one of the discs is scratched. He is going to see if they will replace it. f not we have to buy a new operating system. 🙄
Mean time I will be on only when he is not using his office computer. Like his lunch time, early morning, evenings 😥

We’re almost there. Just went ahead and loaded the disc by skipping the files that couldn’t be read :scratch: We’ll see how it goes. Now I have to re install everything from my back up discs for other programs. Especially Ethan’s schoolwork. Shouldn’t be too bad. Most of it is already on another hard drive.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I’m up and running again. Except for Ethan’s schoolwork. 🙄 It won’t load because “the backup set holds a backup of a database older than the one I’m using ” Huh? I’m going to have to call the publisher and find out what to do. 😈
