I'll be in Switzerland – with pics!

Just to let you guys know I’ll be on Europe time for the rest of the week. If anyone has questions or pressing matters for the PYO swap, I won’t be able to reply via email until Sunday (found out last year that I can receive emails but can’t send any due to SMTP schtuff).

I’ll check here, of course!

I’m going there for work, but do hope to be able to do some sightseeing. For those who remember her, I’ll be meeting with Greater Basilisk.

Finally, here are pics of my trip. Since I was there for business purposes, I only had a few hours on Friday afternoon to go gallivanting in the old city – and daylight was scarce too. I walked around, got a bit lost, walked some more, took pics and once light failed, I shopped 🙂

I was in Basel, whose emblem is the basilisk, hence the name. This was at the entrance of the bridge over the Rhine.

In the city. The small streets are cobblestoned, and they wind around. There was a fair starting the next day, so you’ll see some of the rides and market stands being set up.

Oh, all my envy to you! I went there and visited her back in 2007. Switzerland is AMAZING and SO clean! The people there are SO nice! The food is SO so good! Greater Basalisk is super cool too ^_^ Send her my love <3 Have fun and drink some Rivella for me!
