      If you ordered a Grab Bag Young Unicorn and did not receive an emailed receipt from our store please contact us. You should always receive an email from our store telling you that the order exists – if you placed an order and did not receive that – or are suspicious that something didn’t work quite right, please email me susie@windstoneeditions.com. The store has a little glitch and I am concerned about some orders that appear as “canceled” – I’m not sure whether they were cancelled intentionally or by malfunction. If you are concerned about your order and do not have a receipt from our store and one from paypal that match – please let me know!

        I must add – if you got a receipt from paypal and not from the store, it will be quicker for me to find the problem if you can provide me with the id number of the paypal receipt. Thanks!

          I don’t there there were any more goof-ups by the store – I think they all occurred at about the same time yesterday – we probably overloaded the new host a wee bit. 🙂

          I have had several people tell me they haven’t received messages from the store and all of these people have aol email addresses. Is anyone with an aol email receiving messages from the store?

            The confirmation email from the store would be an email from service@windstoneeditions.com that has the word “invoice” in the subject line (with an invoice number and the date that you placed the order) – its a detailed page showing your order, which you would already have paid for.
