you might like this….

Rubin Casserole

pre heat oven to 450

grease 13x9x2 baking dish
put in 20 oz bag of frozen hash browns
season with 1/4 tea spoon of salt and pepper

bake for 15 minutes

take out and top with 1 pound to 1 1/2 pounds of corned beef
slitely over laping

spread 1/4 cup russian dressing

Spread one can (16 oz) saurekraut Drained

top with 8 slices swiss cheese

bake at 450 for 15 minutes

serves 8

I didn’t think I’d like it but I tried it and WOW! I loved it! 🙂
