…then talk to me about it via PM or email. I like to think I have not made any enemies on here, but I am curious as to who thinks I am a bad person, and why do you think this? If someone has a problem with me, there has obviously been something in my online persona I’ve overlooked or a problem I have not solved in the best way.
Instead of holding a grudge against me, CONTACT ME “face to face” and let me know what I can do to fix it for you-and if its something that can’t be fixed, then there’s no use in holding it against me, or anyone you’re mad at over something that can’t be helped or fixed.
I try to do nice things for people when I can, but maybe I’m in over my head and should stop?
As far as the prices on the Windstones I sell-unlike some lucky folks here, I dont have a full time job. Im a student, and as of the last few months, totally unemployed. I sell Windstones to pay bills and buy new ones-therefore, I dont want to just give them away for nothing. I ask what I paid for the piece, or what I have seen it going for recently. With most of the pieces I sell, the prices are OBO which means “Or Best Offer” so if you dont like my price on a piece, feel free to offer me less. I may take it, I may not. A few pieces Ive bought when they were rare and HTF, and paid more for them than they are worth now-like one of my ebay LE griffins-I paid $580 for him, and then Windstone made the Wolf Griffins, which are VERY very similar, and the signed one wasn’t worth what I paid. I ended up selling him for $300, so I lost HUNDREDS of dollars on him-but hes in a new home now where he is loved. The same goes for anyone who bought a black gold or silver old warrior prototype on ebay. The regular versions avaliable direct from Windstone devalued them. That’s the risk of buying a limited edition piece-as stated in Windstone’s auctions, they COULD paint more in the future. Im not trying to be greedy, but if you think I am, then call me out on it. I wanna know who you are.
I think its childish to gossip behind people’s backs. I am always bragging about everyone on here-how kind hearted and nice 99% of everyone here is-but in a group, even this large, there are bound to be a few bad apples. I can only hope those with a bad attitude, negative outlook on life who only want to start trouble get exactly what they’ve asked for-and inversely, I hope those who are kind, nice, helpful and have a good outlook on life, get what their actions have called for too (which, if that was not clear, then I hope good things for good people).
I am not looking to start drama, I just want to know who has a problem with me and why, and what I can do to fix it. I dont like having enemies.

The whole thing was stupid-all that mess over a neutral comment? REALLY? Obviously that guy (and anyone) can ask whatever they want for their pieces-he shouldn't have gotten his panties in a wad. Even if he had a…brown emperor and was asking $500…well Ive seen them sell for twice that…so even if someone said "Yeah, that brown emperor is only worth $300" thats not going to stop ANYONE from contacting the aforementioned seller and offering him/her $500 or more. I was pretty upset at first, but now that Ive had the chance to wake up some more (read it at around 6AM or earlier) Im worrying less about one rotten apple 😛

I’d prefer he took his postings to Ebay or Craigslist anyway, and let the whims of the market educate him on what Peacock dragons are worth.
I always crack up seeing people with Peacocks who assume that because they are a retired color, they’re worth ebay OOAK prices. This fellow might have gotten the price he was asking, but not with the poor attitude.
I didn’t comment on the original thread because the way he was acting strongly suggested TROLL to me (and Jennifer just announced she was taking a break so it was interesting timing too) but ditto what everyone else said.
It’s stupid because he makes a big deal in the title of his thread that the dragons are cheap, flips out, and then tells Ashley that she proved his prices are “spot on”. His entire post reminded me of craigslist sellers for anything, you get so many sleazy people trying to trick you or who act like used car salesmen. Even for windstones. Trying to make you think it’s a good deal when it isn’t. Or advertising it as “cheap” when it’s not.
Your post wasn’t even saying his prices are too high. xD
As for what other people said about you, uhm, if it was a troll it’s possible no one even messaged him. Or if they did that they didn’t attack you in the context he said. So I wouldn’t take it that seriously. Pretty much everyone on the forum asks what they paid for items they resell, and above store price for retired items. But none of those people title their threads “CHEAP windstones…” haha.
I’ve noticed on my short time here that there are a few members who don’t post much, but when they do it’s something negative or rude. >.> So there’s people I could see saying that. Maybe. :/
But, either way, *hugs* and don’t let one person get you down.

In general… sounds like I must have missed some drama or something because I’m confused. Did we have a troll on the forum? *scratches head*

And always keep in mind there are only 3 people in this world that really matter…1 the person you are in a relationship with, 2 the person paying your bills, 3 the person writing your work evals….everyone else’s opinion really doesn’t count in the grand scheme of things.
P.S. So hard to watch my mouth on this forum! lol I have such a big navy potty mouth…hope I didn’t offend anyone with what i wrote…
okies, I am in the loop now *blush* I wish I was here when thet butt wipe posted that b/c I would have been all over him like white on rice, but oh well. The important thing is that whoever these “mystery people were” who were supporting his behavior (if there were any at all) aren’t probably worth knowing anyway Wolfen! *nods*
I’m sure I get my share of crap talked about behind my back too, but since they can’t say it to my face then obviouly they are just bitter people who get some childish satisfaction by belittling people they don’t know or understand.

I don’t think there was any truth about what that guy said. Like what a lot of others posted above, he was stirring up the pot. BUT instead of looking at it his way, look at it differently. Look how many of us care about you and jumped to your defense! 🙂 You have way more many friends then “enemies”.People can be nasty . If they want something for nothing , go to ebay . Your prices are not a problems . You’ve helped me . Your a great person . I feel people don’t like me either . It’s hard to sell things . No one has money .
So I guess they have to lash out at someone . Thats not fair .Your a great person .
