If you get a 404 Error page when you try to access your account, please contact us at service@windstoneeditions.com and give us your User Name so that we can look you up in the system. I think I can fix it by changing your “display name” from the default (your regular name) to your “user name” – I’m not sure if you can do that yourself when you have that 404 Error message, but maybe so.
