If you are wondering where the “Photos and Video” (previously the ‘ask so-and-so’ forum) forum went, I’ve merged it with the community forum! Activity there had died down to a trickle, and members had indicated that they felt strange being put ‘on the spot’ when featured. So, I wanted to close that forum and make life simpler for all of us! I didn’t want to lose all those topics though! So I moved them here. You can still find them by searching.

I am having trouble thinking up ways to keep this forum active. It’s pretty quiet in here and the truth is that most people just post their photos and video over in the Community section anyway! Should I merge this into the Community section? What do you think?

Hi Jennifer! Oh, I LOVE Mergers, it is one less place for me to look. I still think I don’t know how to maneuver around the forum easily; I was taught to click on Active Topics, so I could be missing things. For instance, I have never seen a video posted anywhere?? LOL Will start looking around 😡 But if you are talking about a Bank Merger, I am against it – too many computer changes required haha. Have a great day! 🙂

I always click on “View new posts” and it usually allows me to see pretty much everything. I do miss some things once in a while, but not too much.

The “Ask X” section worked well when we were a smaller forum where most of us knew most everybody else pretty well. Now, I agree it’s not really needed anymore.
