It is so pathetic that some people are so into themselves! No I don’t believe money can buy me the ‘priviledge’ of being rude to the person I’d be giving the money to. This totally blew me away that someone said that to you. Well you said he had no one to take care of but himself and is spoiled–that explains it all! The world revolves around him! Sounds like he need more than a slap upside the head–how about a good kick in the pants to knock his brain back in place!

Its a pretty ignorant statement. If someone is giving you hundreds of dollars to help you out or something, then they may feel entitled to express an opinion, like “here’s money for you to pay the rent. Next time dont be a moron and gamble it all away.” I can see that… its still rude, but I would consider it fitting. In other situations, like if you are working in sales on commision, it would not be worth it.

I don’t lower standards for money. Money and gifts aren’t anything. I’ve had people try to bribe me with gifts or money (I’ll buy this for you if…). It’s always tempting, but I just stick to my guns.

Money does not give someone the authority to be a butthead. Period. I don’t care if you are Donald Trump. I get so annoyed with people who think they are better than everyone else, and money seems to pay a huge factor into that. I understand your feeling! 🙂
