Holy crap about the lady dying in the hospital! Didn’t even bother to check her for over an hour? Seriously? That’s horrible (though not entirely surprising).
I remember when the UofA was going through construction they told me that I would be waiting to see someone for at least 10 hours. They had an excuse at least.
Even though you hope that the jerk gets fired, it’s probably not going to happen. He’ll be ‘reprimanded’.
