The Damage:

To add to the damage, the seller had tape attached to the back of the neck to start the bubble wrap and it pulled off some paint.

I’m so sorry to see all that damage to your dragon. The emperor dragons’ tail and feet seem to be their Achilles’ heel.

This makes me skeptical to even try buying on e-bay. But I’m sure that lots go through the shipping OK Right!

If you can find one on ebay that has the original packaging that will help when it comes to shipping time.

If there is no original box, it’s good to wrap the tail area first so it makes no gap between the tail and body then wrap the dragon all together and if it is packed tight with alot of cushion then it should arrive in good shape. That is unless you get the postal worker who loves to play football with boxes!!

Its funny (well not funny) that they all break in the EXACT same spots! Two of my 4 that have been broken were broken exactly there. Kyrin’s business wasn’t so formal when my beloved Rainbow Emperor broke, so I didn’t even have the chance to file for repairs from the post office. AT LEAST you have Kyrin! 🙂 See, things could be worse. And, at least his beautiful face wasn’t broken.
