Or at least Paypal…if it was advertised the special paint one, and you paid premium pricing for it, you are entitled to make a claim for it.
July 1, 2009 at 1:21 am #772373It’s been several months. I was having a pretty rough time when I got it so I guess I wasn’t really paying attention. My mistake.
July 1, 2009 at 1:25 am #772374You might not be able to do anything else, but you can at least follow up on the feedback that you left and warn people.

July 1, 2009 at 1:29 am #772375I wonder if they intentionally did it, or if they saw all those “special paint” ads on Ebay, and assumed that the Red Fires were this way?
July 1, 2009 at 1:32 am #772376No, I think it was on purpose. She said that it was one of ten and it had a coa. Now I know why I could never get ahold of her again. I think I will follow up on the feedback. Thank you.
Looks like I have a Red Fire Spectral for sale if anyone wants one.
July 1, 2009 at 1:37 am #772377I was just looking in the database so I could see about correcting the auction and I don’t have any listings for a re-sale on a special red fire spectral dragon. I don’t know if that means I missed the auction originally or if I realized it wasn’t one or if I goofed and listed it as a regular red fire. I looked at the regular red fire spectral dragons and only one of those has sold and it was back on Valentines Day.
July 1, 2009 at 1:42 am #772378Jacki, do you have a link to the Ravenheart database? I don’t know if it would have helped you in this case, but it might help you for some other LP sales.
July 1, 2009 at 1:45 am #772379In case you don’t have a link to the database:

In the case of the special paints, you might not be able to tell from a picture what the difference between a special one and a regular one looks like, though there are some that the difference is more noticeable.
July 1, 2009 at 1:58 am #772380Yes, I do. Thank you. I didn’t have it then, but do now.

July 1, 2009 at 2:01 am #772381I don’t understand why people feel they have to lie to sell these dragons. I can’t even count how many times I have been told that something is mint, just to get it home and find out its not. I mean some of them have been so bad that they were beyond repair. I really don’t understand lying about it.
July 1, 2009 at 2:04 am #772382In regards to the LP’s I’ve been told there’s only 5 of them when there’s been 20 or 25, so the database helps with that…
July 1, 2009 at 2:23 am #772383Oh Jacki I am sorry you got tricked. 🙁
July 1, 2009 at 2:28 am #772384Thanks. I don’t think I was even a member of this forum at the time. I have learned a lot here and that will never happen again! Thanks again for all the help everyone. 🙂

July 1, 2009 at 2:54 am #772385I’m really sorry to hear that 🙁 Please let me know if you decide to sell one though
July 1, 2009 at 2:57 am #772386What crap. Who was the seller? I’d like to check out her auctions.
