I’m also late on reading this, sorry to hear he is putting you through all that but everyone is right. When we went to file bankruptcy they said I didn’t have to file because mostly everything was in his name, I only had two things in my name but we wanted to put them all together to make one lump payment back. He can’t make you file unless you agree to it and sign your name on the paper work. Hang in there, sending “HUGS” also.
