The only way to really tell is to win her and feel her, if she is tacky feeling, especially afrer getting a little damp; thats nicotine. I have cleaned enough houses to know what that stuff feels like! Ew! From the bigger picture that is what it looks like to me. BUT it could very well be the lighting too! 😉
