Oh drat. I was planning all weekend to bid on him, but forgot it ended today 🙄 Silly me. They seem to be coming up pretty often lately, relatively speaking. Still, a very good deal! Congrats! 😀
I did manage to snag a ‘paper tiger’ for half price at a local gift shop though. They don’t even sell windstones, but I remembered seeing him in with some sandicast and other cat/dog figures. A few fleabites, but I’ll have him touched up this weekend. Thought he had been sold, but I was wrong. The owner is retiring and selling the store’s stock out at 50%. Managed to get some fenton for 50% too 😀

Tranquil sea on indigo blue pitcher and a Black with Gold Accents handpainted egg (has koi fish all over it). Limited to 3000. My mom said they had sold all the fenton, except for some anniversary pieces and stuff, but I got a phone call and went outside to not disturb other shoppers. While outside on the phone, something shiny for a party decoration caught my eye, so I went to investigate. Figured out what I saw and rounded a corner and saw a lamb with shamrocks that was fenton in with some St. Patrick’s Day stuff, then looked up. They were nestled in a different part of the store hiding 🙂 I have to go back for the other paper tiger they had (it’s claimed), so I may pick up one of the lambs, and maybe the halloween hand basket. They had some older stuff there too, including some nativity plates and a nativity set (not familiar with them). A cobalt bedside carafe (has the cub on the top as a cover), some halloween baskets, a ruby vase, and the tranquil sea 13″ vase and square vase. There was still some other random stuff and lamps around, but it was pretty much cleaned out. I think this stuff was still there because it was not in an obvious place or where it had been at Christmas when I last stopped in. They didn’t seem to have the boxes either at this point. PM me if you want anything more specific.

My rainbow male and ruby mother got here today. I don’t think the ruby mother had ever even been out of her box, she’s pristine! Crappy pics, but I haven’t seen the sun in days. >.> Mr. Rainbow really brightened this dreary day.
Still no sign of my emerald OW, and with each day and each email that got by with no sign of him and no communication with the lady I bought him from, I’m becoming more uneasy. Luckily I paid through Ebay, through Paypal, with a credit card. No way will I not get my money back if there’s a problem 😉
