Look who came today! *glee*! My husband is in love with the black gold fledgling. Don’t tell him, but I just might go on the hunt for more black goldies. 🙂 And I have to admit I didn’t think I’d like the emerald peacock, but now that I’ve seen one in person…love! And the white goes great with my momma.

Forgot to say, not only is the jade scratcher mint, he came in his original box! Answers one question, the box is labeled ’emerald’.
For the moment, I’ll keep both. If I’m hurting bad later (or Melody offers some yummy but super expensive old green things I can’t otherwise afford), I’ll sell one or the other. I always loved my emerald, so possibly he’s the one I’d keep.Serenity, that is a gorgeous cabinet!

I got my #2 Gold Spot Female Griffin and Silver Poad. They are both so pretty. The griffin came with a COA that had a picture of a griffin and a bunny together on it. SO CUTE!! I’ll take pics when I can. I have had some stress recently with being sick, needing to grade papers that are terrible, my cat needing surgery, and getting ready for the convention next weekend, so I haven’t gotten to it yet.
I finished my PYO for the trade, but need pics of that too. I should just do them all at once, I guess. 😀
Yeah, I got my Red Flame Curl last night, thanks Kristi!! Now I just need the white and empea. Anybody have extras they’d like to sell??

That is a very nice score though!! CongratsI am so excited!!! I just found someone who was selling a mint condition old peacock emperor dragon for $200 at a garage sale!! I talked with him about it last night and just sent him the ok a few minutes ago. Now I just have to work out where to meet him to pick it up and pay!!!
It took a lot of convincing with my husband though- especially since I just got my Red Fire Old Warrior in the mail 2 days ago. The deal was I cannot buy anymore Windstone Editions pieces for 6 months (except for the black sitting griffin chick) since I am getting the emperor- but god, what a find!! It will be my first emperor dragon, I’ve always wanted one! This has been my dream Windstone piece for as long as I can remember!travistie wrote:Congrats on the good find! 😀
Thanks! 🙂 I’ve been running around the house like a madman since my husband agreed to it. And when I saw it last night/talked with the guy I couldnt sleep I was so anxious/excited about finding a way to get him!

I know, but he showed me pictures and he looks beautiful and he had two other Windstone pieces and he disclosed their flaws so I think I’m in the clear. But if I meet up with him and I see he wasnt being honest then I’ll just take my money back home with me.
