Sometimes it sucks living on the opposite side of the continent…
I know the only conventions I’ll be hitting this year with possibly be AWA in Atlanta and NekoCon here in Virginia.
Though it does sound like so much fun if the majority of us could meet anywhere!

At least you’re on a coast. Living right in the middle sucks worse. There’s more things happening on either side.
And you have an anime convention! That people have heard of! There’s apparently like 4 within driving distance of me, but I’ve never heard of 2 and the others are dinky. I can’t go to dinky after Otakon twice. Seriously. (Though I might freak out there now… it wasn’t even 10k attendance last I went & it’s been double that the past couple years 😯 )Hehe, I was just talking to Wolflodge about this yesterday when I was at her store. Count me and my hubby in for the SLO ren faire Windstone extravaganza! 😀

How abut a general time or anticipated window so “the most” available people can arrive at Nirvana’s booth the same time. I’m flexible for both days. 😀
And… are we all bringing a piece to tote around? CafePress shirts? “I love Windstones” scribbled on our foreheads? Haha! How about a mantra we chant as we walk around, drawing those “who know” together until we’re all together walking around. Do you think people might get freaked out if there is this huge mob of people with gypson statuettes chanting

Definitely a bummer… Although, *scratches chin thoughtfully* I have heard they make these little things called “planes” that help you carry out these fairytale-like things called “vacations”. Maybe, if the legends are true, maybe you could come on a “vacation”? 😈 Visit a beach or twenty!

Just came back from a vacation, still recuperating from that. Plus, I really don’t like heights and planes are kinda scary…. 😯

hehe 😈hey do not feel bad they did not pass the date by me either and I have plans that weekend at least Friday and Saturday. How long would it take to get down there from just south of Sacramento?? Plus that Sunday is a special day for me, and my first one with out my mom.
What the HELL send me the info I can spend that day this year with a different sort of Family and I have not been to a Renn Faire in years
