February 21, 2011 at 5:29 pm #837935Hey All!
I am prepping to make exclusive listings for all PYO artists! What do you think about it? I plan to list by sizes starting will the 11mms. As I go, I will list the 8mms, and then the smaller ones in turn.
This is how it will work:
I will post the images a bit larger than thumbnails with the color, type, and treatment, followed by the quantity, in stock and price per pair. ( I thought about direct linking to either etsy or artfire, but then everyone else can snap the eyes up)I will have to check in every day to update.(as if I don’t already)I will try and convince my camera to co-operate and hope for the best. I will also try to stay in this thread, unless anyone thinks I should start a new thread?
Bit, by bit, I will list as I cast, I really like the idea of having a inventory just for PYO’s….But Only if there is a market. Maybe in the future, I can purchase more PYO’s Just for modeling purposes so people can just see which PYO is wearing what to determine that they are buying the correct size.
You all can contact me directly to order: amanda@dreamingtreestudio.com
You then can tell me what you want, and your shipping location. I can give you a total including the shipping cost. My Paypal is the same address.I hope that seems simple enough?
February 21, 2011 at 6:22 pm #837936that sounds very interesting.
February 21, 2011 at 7:12 pm #837937a little off topic, but this was the closest thread I could find…anyone know if it’s possible to buy or has found spare horns? Or anyone make them for repairs?

If you’re missing a horn on a piece, contact Windstone directly – they may have something on hand they can help you with.
Commission spots are currently closed! Please message me for details.
Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!March 1, 2011 at 5:57 pm #837939DreamingTree, I got the package today, that was real quick! I just got the email you sent it yesterday and it was here today. I absolutely love the eyes. You do amazing work. I like the Harlequin’s you threw in for me they are cool. I’ll have to brainstorm something up for them. I have to agree with you the stellar merlot dragon eyes are wonderful. I highly reccommend your eyes for any pyo. I’ll most definately be ordering from you again. You are very professional without losing your personable touch. Thanks again! 😀

I hope more people post pictures of eyes they have used; I love seeing the eyes actually in a piece. These eyes look just perfect for the pieces you put them in. I loved the dragon, but then I saw the ???? 😀 What is the second piece? Whatever it is, it is just adorable. It looks like a cross between a Dr. Seuss figure and a lizard. 😀

Questions before I order:
Does the slit pupil look like the example in the image directly below, OR
Does the slit pupil look as shown in the upper right corner of the image below?
The reptile in the white background and the slit in the lower image look the same to me.
Is the Expanded Dragon Series available only as shown, or are they available in other pupils as well?
Same question for the Steller Series. Available as shown, or with other pupils also?
March 4, 2011 at 6:47 am #837942Is the second one supposed to be a Cheshire cat? I love him… Do you sell those sculptures?

Awww….Thank you! I am so happy you like them! I know that photos don’t do these eyes any justice. They shimmer and shine so nicely!

I think the second one is supposed to be Falcor from the Neverending Story…

Actully, I didn’t intended to make look like Falcor. The initial intent for me was to make a pink kitty-cat dragon but he just kinda turned out that way 😳 . He did turn out looking like the love child of Falcor and the Pink Panther.
As for selling them, I have but not many. They are time consuming and tend to get attached to them 😳 .March 8, 2011 at 1:13 am #837946I understand. I don’t sell my art either because i get way too attached and because i don’t make art often enough to make more than I love 😀

March 29, 2011 at 8:46 pm #841105I was wondering, since the PMs don’t seem to work right now, if you take custom orders or if you only make what you have shown here. Thanks!
