I hate going to the dentist

I haven’t been to a dentist in years…

Despise the dentist- one of the 2 docs I hate the most though after everything Ive been through, Im *so* damn done with doctors for several lifetimes!

My dentist is very good. Never been to one like him that is quite so dedicated to client comfort. I now live much further away from him but will not change so I’ll travel to see him. Why?

Well, for simple cleanings he gives me Nitrous which makes it easy going (cleanings only have always been painful for me, and Ive never even had a cavity until I started getting sick back in 98 ).

And, for even filling a cavity, if you want, he will use anesthesia and put you into twilight sleep which, for all intents and purposes, you are OUT and feel nothing. Sure it costs more but is worth it to allay my fears of going.

Thanks. It’s starting to. I think the massages help. I can taste novocain when I rub my cheek, so I think some got stuck in there. The pain pills make me nauseous and give me a horrible headache though, so I’m done taking them and just sticking with Ibuprofen. That seems to work okay.

I don’t know what it is about the pain pills or the antibiotics that dentist give us but they make me sick too… 🙁
