My tracking number is telling me that mine (going to my swapee) has been sitting at the sorting station for the past 3 days. Man, I hope they’re just forgetting to scan it cause that’s a really long time. 🙄
September 12, 2009 at 12:46 am #782023Ladyfirebird, I’d cool my heels before I gave myself a coronary from excitement, if I were you. ;P I haven’t gotten mine yet either. I suspect that it’ll be the end of next week at least/best before we’ve all gotten our swaps.
September 12, 2009 at 12:48 am #782024squeek* now i know my swapee got their package, but they have not come on yet squeek* 😈
September 12, 2009 at 1:47 am #782025If the package is coming from/going to Canada, it’ll be longer, up to 2 weeks, depending what they do at Customs. I believe it’ll be similar for GB coming from Switzerland.
I’m patient, reaaaaaal patient (yeah, right!)
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

Maybe someone else in the household received it and your swapee isn’t home yet or, they may not be able to take pictures because they don’t have a digital camera, or they may have just dropped from a coronary because it was so darn gorgeous! I know, patience, patience–it isn’t quite my viture right now. Just trying to liven things up–don’t get too much excitment in my own life which is good, but this gives me something to really look forward to! Damn, this old lady is just tryin’ to have some fun for cryin’ out loud! The pieces so far have been absolutely gorgeous–I was anxious for my swapee to get theirs and now I’m anxious to get mine and you’re anxious as to whether your swapee likes what you did. My first swap and I was so nervous about painting for someone else–wanted it to look good! That is nerve racking and I’m sure in the end, all of us excited people will calm down and continue to admire the great work being shown here! So there!

I felt the same way, but since siberakh got hers, I have nothing left to be curious about besides who has me, what they painted (I asked to be surprised/gave them free rein), and when it will get here. 😀
September 12, 2009 at 2:23 am #782030I asked to be surprised too! Paint whatever they had on hand–the pyos in the store were starting to be few and far between and just wanted it make it easy for whoever got me. It could have been another newbie like myself–not really a demanding person and it really doesn’t take much to make me happy. Oh the gallery of pyos that will be posted on here when everyone gets their piece! That is if some of us don’t get locked up for attacking the ups, usps or fedex delivery person lloking for our package! 😆 😈

YAY..my swap Ki rin arrived today along with some candy and some almond hershies kisses… 🙂
Here he is and I really like him…his scales a little bit of sparkles on them… 🙂 Thank you Romeodanny… 😉
Oh, I’m glad you got it and I’m glad that you like him. 🙂 I fell in love with the scales, even though they weren’t very autumnish.
A better picture, though not a great picture:

I will take pictures to post when I get home (unless you get in a hurry Wolflodge and want to post them yourself between now and the time I get home from work this evening.)
September 12, 2009 at 3:11 pm #782035If all goes well, my swapee should get theirs on Monday. 🙂
