Drag0nfeathers, I’m so very glad you like your “Liger”. For a while there, I seriously thought I wasn’t going to make the deadline with that liger coat pattern. π π
And I’m lovin’ all the blue PYOs. I didn’t think griffins would look good in blue… but I’ve changed my mind. Pretty! π
hmmm, I think my sun-colored griffy needs a brother. ^.^

September 16, 2009 at 1:09 am #782099I’m glad you like my griffy Maplecarver!!! Colin wanted me to keep him… now he’s whining for me to make him one (bwahaha I knew I’d convert him one day).
The rock didn’t get lost? LOL I seriously thought it would, I just threw it in there at the last minute I swear!!
I like the keeper and the Midnight blue! π
*is dying over when mine will come in*

Of course, we don’t know who you have and don’t tell us, but if it happens to be me, don’t worry about it. You have a lot on your plate right now–remember reading about your dad. I’m very sorry! So relax and I’m guessing that most of us understand. [hugs]
September 16, 2009 at 3:42 am #782102I received my swap piece today! Thank you so, so much Melissa, I absolutely love her! I asked for either a wolf or unicorn inspired by nature and she painted me this beautiful timber wolf with wings based on a broad winged hawk and fancy bantam chicken. She arrived with a letter and a fuzzy attached to his chocolate :D.
‘Wolfey’ with her fuzzy and letter:
Welcomed right away by my old timber wolf rug:
Another photo, sorry it’s out of focus:
My swapee’s piece is on her way and due to the distance may take up to 2 weeks, I’m sorry about that and hope they don’t mind the wait.
I’m so nervous as to whether or not they’ll like it, she was my first PYO and I truly cannot compare at all to the amazing talent here! But I did enjoy painting her and I’m so happy I could be a part of the swap, thank you!Thank you so much again Melissa, I love her and have her displayed in a special place already :).
All of the PYO’s so far are incredible, wow!!!
September 16, 2009 at 3:50 am #782103September 16, 2009 at 4:00 am #782104You’re extremely welcome. Wolfey was a lot of fun to paint, and I’m very happy that you like her. π
I’ve enjoyed watching the swap. And now with Wolfey safely there, and Peacock Ore Griffy safely here, I can now chill and enjoy watching the swap. Which is very, very sweet. π
September 16, 2009 at 4:55 am #782105I’m glad you liked your Griffin Jasmine! π
I bugged Drag0n about weather it was “dark” enough or not. I always have liked darker colors more than bright, but with my new Lovebird Griffin and working on Tropic, I think I might start to like the brighter colors… π
I was just so worried that with all the dark, the details wouldn’t show so well. π³September 16, 2009 at 6:44 am #782106So many beautiful new pieces to look at π

Hm, that sounds like it might be me. π No, I wouldn’t mind the wait.
Thanks for the list, siberakh. Most of the pieces have already arrived, in that case!September 16, 2009 at 10:55 am #782108ruffian wrote:I will send mine as soon as I get home, it will get sent, but will be late, the first service is tomorrow and the next one is on friday, as is the burial and we will be home late Sunday and I will do my very very best to get to the post office on monday, again I am super super sorry π .
I’m so sorry ruffian. I’m sure no one would be upset about getting yours late. Sending you hugs and warm fuzzy thoughts.
(That’s the problem with not visiting this community more often, you find out about things late… I didn’t even know.)
