DD, thank you. Im glad im not alone. I did below average. 😕 (Average is 171 out of 300, I got 140.) Its very lowering. I thank you for your words of encouragement though. I will just blow the final out of the water…and make myself a nice drink 😉
Aww, I’m sorry. :} Yeah I had a few below-averages myself on tests, assignments, labs, etc (maybe not fails, but sometimes close, and still discouraging as hell). You go ahead and have a good drink. Have one for me too. THAT’LL make it alllll go away. ;D
And yes, final exams are generally so much easier for some reason! I think they try and weed people out with midterms or something…
History DOES suck anyway. So does Calculus. And Stats. And—— ;D

I love history – but not as taught by any public school teacher I’ve ever run across. They always give me barely passing scores, and I failed the first history test last semester because he didn’t agree with my views on Poland’s role in WWII! 😆

Thanks GB. Im working on my Hist 2 class now. I will just try to do my best on the remainder of the class and brush this off. Stupid tests 😡
Aaaahhrggg, I know how that feels. I totally blew my Physics final. BUT, life goes on! And besides… it’s not like the rest of your existence will be judged by one final you didn’t pass. Especially since it’s a HISTORY final… Life can be just as enjoyable with history as it is without it. 😆
Aww, I’m so sorry to hear you failed. I’m trying to figure out how to send hugs through the internet. I haven’t found a way yet. I’m sure you’ll do better on your next test.
I’m sorry to hear that you failed also. I HATED history in school because of the very dry and boring way it was taught.
I’m sure the SECRET will make everything all better.I’m sorry about your test. I really feel there is no worse feeling than feeling as if you let yourself down. I was completely devastated the first time I failed a test in school – after that I started to have stress dreams of failing a test in High School History (a course I had actually gotten a good grade in). I still have that dream every once in awhile.
The good news is that the world didn’t come to an end, I learned it was ok to fail as long as I learned from it (hokey, I know, but true) and it made me work that much harder for the next exam. And I didn’t have a child or a full time job when I failed my test.
My suggestion, for what it’s worth, is have a cup of hot chocolate, watch LOTR and drool over Legolas or Aragorn, hold a Windstone on your lap or paint a PYO. There will be other tests…
