Bad news, the inspection showed the house was actually in rehab codition. The plumbing was hooked up incorrectly & illegally and the electrical looked like new wiring, but it was actually just new boxes with ancient knob wiring. Then we finially go a good look at the roof and one side of it is garbage. It was really depressing. Plus there is severe water damage in the foundation, we didn’t see before becuase we didn’t have enough lighting to see the moldy walls in the basement.

BUT as long as we can find another house witin 2 weeks then we can still get out 100 % financing with the low percentage rate we got, but we just have to find one first! *sigh* I’m trying to stay optimistic. I guess it’s back to the drawing board…..again!

I’m not impatient or anything it’s just I’ve already been at this house crap for over a year! BAH! I don’t think there are any houses within 50 miles I haven’t looked at. *sigh* Thanks for the support everyone. =)

Yea, I’m a little mad at myself for not noticing half of the problems myself before dishing out 275 bucks for a home inspection. (That’s almost a Gold Emperor) *grumbles* I’ll resume the search after the weekend.
