I don’t know if I’m happy or not about the location but the main this is my bid was accepted on a house and I’m signing P&S tomorrow!!!! It’s a small 2 family my sister and I are going to split, but has BRAND NEW Kitchens & Bathrooms COMPLETE with dishwashers and a jacuzzi tubs 😀 SQUEEEEEEE! The best part of all my sister’s boyfriend is going to make me my own painting room in the basement! All I need to do is get through the home inspection without finding something HORRIBLE with the house and I’ll own my own apartment. All I keep thinking about now is where to put my Windstones! BAW HAHAHAHAHAHA! My closing will be March 22nd if all goes well!!! YAY!

We both decided to settle if we could snag this place cheap enough. We finially just decided to put a low bid on this place cause we heard that it was a divorce situation and the husband really just wanted to sell the house before court so the wife couldn’t have it. It was selling for 280,000 and we got it for 242,000. It’s really too small for us to live for a long time, but it will work for a while, maybe 5 years, 7 years? It’s a 2 family with 2 small bedrooms in each unit, but it has new EVERYTHING. New hardwoods, kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, etc. It just needs a coat of paint on the front of the house, but it’s vinyl sided on the back and sides. For whatever reason it didn’t get finished. There seemed to be one leak in the besement, so if that’s not a big deal and the home inspector doesn’t find anything big wrong with the house I’ll be moving in a month =)

Bubbas has moved before so hopefully he’l be okay. Out other cats are just borderline, they moved when they were all abbies so I don’t know if they’ll be weird or not. There is a fenced in yard with a 5 foot wooden stockade fence so I hope they like it and aren’t able to wander. My dog is going to freak though. He HATES tiles, linolium and hardwoods and this place has no rugs in it. His nails clicking on the floors scares him so this outta be interesting.

I want to start packing but I don’t wan tto jonx myself! If I don’t pack the inspection will go great, if I do then the furnace will explode!
