hah I was so nervous that I held the *dont know word, widening of internal vaginal hole* away, I had to get *don’t know word, horse needle used* but I couldnt feel the needle cause contractions were really bad (had been going 19 hours with 5 mins or less between) after that it was like heaven, I wanted to go natural but It didn’t work that well for me, so find your stress factors and reduce them,

Epidurals arent too bad, if you feel like you want or need one, go for it, no guilt. I had epi’s each time, because I was prone to complications, and everything went really well. Dont worry hon, you’ll do great. Labor room nurses and staff are awesome usually, and dont hesitate to ask for help from them if you need it. 🙂 Trust your doctor, and ask loads of questions. 😉

I need to remember that because I am usually hesitant to ask questions!!
