Well at least it has a happy ending in the long run.
Yep! And I mailed back the chipped dragon today, hopefully I actually get my money back in the end! LOL

I am with you on that one.
June 4, 2007 at 8:41 pm #582229Good luck! Now you can see how honest she is.
June 4, 2007 at 8:58 pm #582230Thanks guys! 😀
June 20, 2007 at 7:41 pm #582231So I FINALLY got a refund from the seller except they didn’t refund my shipping and still no apology for anything that went down. I haven’t left feedback yet but I’m leaning towards negative even with the refund. What do you guys think? I really felt my overall experience was negative and prolonged and dumb.

If they haven’t left feedback yet, be ready to get a negative in return, but I think it would be justified. Just my opinion though.
June 20, 2007 at 7:43 pm #582233How about a neutral with info on what happened?
June 20, 2007 at 7:45 pm #582234Did they say they were going to refund the shipping?

No, thankfully, they already left me positive feedback as they should because I paid the same day I won it! LOL

That was my other thought. It’s just there isn’t that much space to explain how much went wrong LOL

They didn’t specifically mention shipping but they said “full refund” which would include shipping would it not? Maybe that’s a mistaken assumption on my part, I’m not always up with Ebay lingo.

Well, I would asked them. Some people think it includes shipping and some people do not. Double check the auction to see if it says that.June 20, 2007 at 7:56 pm #582239dragonessjade wrote:sunhawk wrote:dragonessjade wrote:Did they say they were going to refund the shipping?

Well, I would asked them. Some people think it includes shipping and some people do not. Double check the auction to see if it says that. The auction itself said nothing about refunds but it was something the seller mentioned repeatedly in our private exchanges that they would only offer a full refund if I returned the item. If you check out the link I gave on the first page, the auction page itself was devoid of any refund policy (though the seller told me to refer to their refund policy and I was like “…There is no policy listed”)
To be honest, this seller has a really bad attitude about working problems out so I doubt any email on my part will convince them to refund the shipping, I’ll just get another rude reply.
June 20, 2007 at 8:01 pm #582240I’m wondering if I shouldn’t add a description of all this to the black list, just because I’d personally rather be warned about them before bidding.
