LOL.. 😀 I met Tim in 1997.
So back than he used to work with my parents and my uncle and aunt…I consider Andy my uncle(my moms brother) more like my own brother because of his age and not to mention we used to hang out with the same people. So Tim saw Andys wedding video at his house and I guess he decided right than and there that I was the one…Lucky fro Tim I was single at that time and not really looking for anything serious with anyone who I was dateing… 😀
I guess since he was really close with Andy and they became good friends Andy gave Tim my phone number and Andys wife Julie called me to tell me that a strange guy may be calling me in the near future who was really interested in dateing me… 😀 I have always been against being set up by family…but I figured I’d let that one slide…
Oh and my mother talked about him for a week straight, how he was this perfect gentleman… 😀
So Tim ended up calling me after he practiced with Andy and Julie for a week or so what to say and how to pronounce my name… 😀 He was really nervous on the phone which I found adorable because I was never used to guys being like that…he ended up coming over the same night so that I could meet him in person and from than on we have been together… 😀
I think I ended up with Tim because he was the total opposite of all the guys I dated or was ever in relationships with and I’m glad I settled down with Tim…12 years later I am still in love with him and now when I look back he truely is and was the best guy I have ever known… 😀 We have been unsepretable for the last 12 years even through all of our ups and downs… 🙂
So in answer to your question Leigha (and when people ask how we met)…. 😀 I always say he just showed up at my door step…. 😀
