Ok, so I was able to fix the missing pics when the new forum went online; I just clicked on the offending pic with a red little X, went to the edit tab et voilà, I could browse once again for the right picture. I only had to do it for 5 pics in total, so no big deal.

However, I now want to create a new spot in my Keeper “picture book” and add my swap piece. How do I do that? I see no Edit option anywhere…

      Vat am I meessing?

Are you just trying to upload a new photo to your gallery?

        If so:

        1. Go to the PYO gallery.
        2. Click this button:
        3. Enter all other details such as the title, where you want the image to go (find your name, and then the sub-gallery you want it in. Such as “Dragonmedley -Keepers”
write your description in the “Body” section.
        4. At the bottom, click ‘browse’ to find your image on your computer.
        5. Click “Save” to upload it (or click “preview” if you want to see what it looks like first!!)

        Does that help?

          Aha! So that’s a button…

Yes, it did help. However, all my albums are duplicated – I have no idea if I uploaded the pic in the right one. The title guidelines seem a bit weird too… Why have the colon when we have a drop-down menu to pick the album?

I’ll stick with one picture for now and see how it goes

I don’t know why there are duplicates of your galleries. I’m sorry! 🙁 Maybe it happened when we recovered the images from the old gallery??

The colon in the pale blue area is really for creating a NEW gallery if it does not already exist. It’s the only way to make a new one. Otherwise just select the existing gallery from the drop down.

I approved your upload… did it go where you wanted it to? (I have remarkably little information in the approval screen so I have no idea who is even uploading the images… D: ) I will be totally forthcoming and say that the new gallery baffles me, from the administration side…
